Privacy Notice
Last updated 1 October 2026
This notice explains what Lucere Estates collects, what we never collect, who can see your information, and how to ask us to remove it.
What we collect
Lucere Estates collects only what you enter or what is needed to run your account. That includes your name and contact details, your household and home-buying goals, the income, debt, savings and credit information you choose to record, the documents you upload, and the notes and tasks on your file.
We also record basic security information when you sign in, so that access to your account can be reviewed if anything looks unusual.
- Profile and household information you provide
- Home goal, search preferences and target area
- Income sources, recurring debts and available funds
- Credit scores and credit accounts you enter yourself
- Documents you upload, stored privately
- Consent records, including version and timestamp
- Security and access events on your account
What we never collect
Some information is never requested, never stored, and never needed for you to use Lucere Estates.
- Social Security numbers
- Bank account or routing numbers
- Credit bureau usernames or passwords
- Online banking credentials
- Full payment-card numbers
How your information is used
Your information is used to build and maintain your homeownership plan: to calculate your planning estimates, to organize your documents, to identify programs that may be relevant, and to show you what to work on next.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share your financial information with unrelated services. Lucere Estates is an initiative of Crystallized Ventures, and your Lucere Estates information is kept separate from other Crystallized Ventures services.
Who can see your information
You can see your own information. Beyond you, access is limited to the Lucere Estates staff members assigned to your file. One client can never see another client's information.
Access is limited to the minimum needed for each role, and sensitive operations are carried out on our servers rather than in your browser.
Documents and storage
Documents you upload are stored privately. There is no public link to any file you upload, and access follows your account permissions and those of the staff assigned to your file.
You should never upload a document containing a Social Security number, bank account number or card number. If a document you already hold contains those details, redact them before uploading.
Consent records
When you accept these terms, our privacy notice, or our electronic communications consent, we record which version you accepted and when. We also record your credit-readiness acknowledgement and your document-storage consent.
You can review your consent records at any time from your profile.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your information while your account is active so that your plan, your documents and your history remain available to you.
You may ask us to delete your account and your information. Requests are handled by the Lucere Estates team and are subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements — some records may need to be kept for a defined period before they can be removed. Send a deletion request through our contact page and we will confirm what can be removed and when.
Your choices
You can update or correct anything in your plan at any time, withdraw your consent to optional email reminders, and request a copy of the information held on your account.
Questions
If you have a question about this notice, or about the information held on your account, please contact us. We would rather explain than have you guess.
