Terms of Use
Last updated 1 October 2026
These terms set out what Lucere Estates is, what it is not, and what we each agree to when you use the platform.
Using Lucere Estates
By creating an account or using Lucere Estates, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.
What Lucere Estates is
Lucere Estates provides homeownership organization, education, planning tools and concierge support. We bring the pieces of a home purchase into one place so that you can see what is complete, what needs attention, and what to work on next.
- Lucere Estates is not a lender, mortgage broker, credit bureau, credit repair organization, law firm or tax adviser.
- Lucere Estates does not approve loans, set interest rates, or underwrite anything.
- Lucere Estates does not decide eligibility for any assistance program.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction to create an account.
One account is for one person or household. Do not share your sign-in details, and do not attempt to access another person's account or information.
Information you provide
You confirm that the information you enter is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Your plan, your estimates and any program suggestions are built from what you tell us — if a figure is wrong, the outputs built on it will be wrong too.
Do not enter Social Security numbers, bank account or routing numbers, credit bureau passwords, online banking credentials or full payment-card numbers.
Estimates and planning figures
Every affordability, payment and ratio figure produced by Lucere Estates is a planning estimate. Estimates are not loan approvals, prequalifications, preapprovals or offers of credit, and they are not a promise that any lender will lend you any amount.
Estimated closing costs, taxes, insurance and program terms are illustrations only. Actual figures depend on the property, the lender, the program administrator and the date of your transaction.
Credit information
Lucere Estates does not obtain credit reports and does not pull your credit. Any scores or accounts you see are the ones you entered yourself, from reports you obtained.
Scores you record may not be the scores a lender uses. Mortgage lending commonly relies on different scoring models, and Lucere Estates makes no representation about which model any lender will use.
Lucere Estates does not remove information from credit reports, does not guarantee that any item will be deleted, and does not guarantee any increase in a credit score. Where you believe information is factually inaccurate, we can help you prepare a factual dispute based only on the facts you supply.
Third-party programs and links
Program information in our library is drawn from publicly available official sources and is provided for your own review. Eligibility, funding and program terms are set and determined by the applicable agency, lender or program administrator, and can change without notice.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the platform, and we may update these terms. Where a change is significant, we will make it clear in the platform. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Limitation of liability
Lucere Estates is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on planning estimates, for the acts or omissions of any lender, agency, program administrator, agent or professional you engage, or for information about a property that you have not independently verified.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
